Newcastle artist Nigel Milsom was announced earlier this morning, on July 17, as the winner of the prestigious Archibald Prize 2015 at the Art Gallery of New South Wales (AGNSW). 

On June 9, Sydney’s 4A Centre for Contemporary Asian Art announced the appointment of curator and academic Mikala Tai as incoming director of the distinctive institution. The new role will see Tai relocate from Melbourne to Sydney to assume her position in September.
