The brief artistic stunt was captured on camera and uploaded onto Cpak Ming's Facebook. Though the project left no physical trace on site, it has been reported that a PLA spokesman in Hong Kong said the projection breached Hong Kong laws and the PLA would “reserve its legal rights” to act.
