The use of daylight in Georgian artist Thea Djordjadze’s solo exhibition at Berlin's Gropius Bau, “all building as making,” focused the senses to the rhythms of the institution. Stepping into the muted exhibition space, lit by the sunless sky of a winter afternoon, I felt time slow.
