Young Writers Contest 2021

ArtAsiaPacific’s Young Writers Contest is back! Writers will have the chance to be published in the magazine, as well as receive feedback from the editors.

GUIDELINES:

This year, we are inviting young writers from across the globe to submit a 1,000-word essay on one of the following topics:

Your essay should discuss at least three artworks and should be contextualized within ArtAsiaPacific’s region of coverage: Asia, the Pacific, and the Middle East.

Judges will be looking for essays written in a fluid, engaged style with strong critical arguments, and that demonstrate clarity and knowledge of the chosen topic.
