Some back issues (from 1993-2003) are no longer available for purchase, but PDF files from these issues are USD 5.00 per article.
Back-issue shipping information: Cost for shipping within the United States is USD 7.00 per issue. Cost for shipping to international locations is USD 15.00 per issue. Shipping for orders of more than three issues may vary—contact subscribe@aapmag.com for more information.
Payment can be made using a major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) check or bank draft. We do not accept wire transfer payments for back issue orders. We cannot accept any international debit cards at this time.
